Bristol 405

This quintessential 1955 Bristol 405 is presented here in Jaguar Burgundy bodywork. The interior is trimmed in supple Red leather upholstery which is matched with the Red carpets that run throughout the interior cabin. The Bristol 405 remains the only 4 door vehicle produced by Bristol Cars Ltd and this example presented here reflects why this model has become a champion of the Bristol marque. The engine has been completely overhauled, refurbished and subtly modified to a specification near that of a 100D Bristol engine by Bristol specialists Spencer Lane-Jones Ltd. As a result of this maintenance, it drives extremely well and the power needed for modern day motoring is never more than a flex of a big toe away. The vehicle has also seen regular maintenance through the current ownership ensuring that this Bristol 405 performs as it should. 

The current owner purchased the vehicle in 2007 and has numerous invoices, bills etc to document this time as well as some files reaching further back through past owners.
